Right now I’m listening to His Duchess by Lucinda Brant, narrated by Mary Jane Wells. The descriptions are lush and the narration is excellent, but I’m not 100% sure I know what to think yet. There’s not much plot.
I haven’t read or listened to the Roxton Foundation books, but my impression is that they’re character pieces rather than plot driven. I just squeezed in a relisten of Elusive Relations – I’ve got some reviews to write and I try not to keep adding to the pile by listening and reading new stuff!
