  1. This past week I finished:
The Other Side of Midnight by Simone St. James, narrated by Mary Jane Wells. Excellent in every way! A all around.

The Blueprint by S.E. Harmon, narrated by Alexander Cendese and Sean Crisden. Best friends to lovers, but with very unhealthy communication skills including gaslighting. C for the story, but the narration is fantastic A-.

Private Charter by N.R. Walker, narrated by Anthony Ferguson. Sweet story but nothing original. I like Ferguson in general, but he didn’t give the MC unique voices here and it was confusing at times to know who was speaking. B-

By Fairy Means or Foul by Meghan Maslow, narrated by Greg Boudreaux. It’s an entertaining fantasy romp, even if some of the humor falls flat. It seems Greg Boudreaux was just waiting for a chance to show off all his “creature” voices! That alone is worth the price of entry! B for the story and a solid A for the very entertaining narration. Boudreaux’s narration is the main reason I plan to keep going with the series.

Currently listening to Captured by the Pirate by Keira Andrews, narrated by Cornell Collins. The story is entertaining, and the narration is excellent. It makes me want to go relisten to some K.J. Charles.

  2. Hi Caz
I’ve never heard of Richard Stranks narrating Fearne Hill’s book, nor seen any reviews but I loved his voice! Do you know of any others he’s done? I can’t find any.

    1. My review of To Hold a Hidden Pearl is running tomorrow, so watch this space!

I’m pretty sure this is Richard Stranks’ first audiobook; I agree, he’s very good and I look forward to listening to more from him.
