Sink or Swim by Annabeth AlbertSink or Swim by Annabeth Albert

Narrated by Greg Boudreaux and Joel Leslie

This one is a snowed-in, forced proximity romance between a Naval NCO and a hot silver-fox doctor bringing up his two nieces.  1 favourite author + 2 favourite narrators = guaranteed listen! – Caz

I enjoyed Sailor Proof so I’m looking forward to finding out how Arthur’s brother (Calder) gets his HEA. – Kaetrin

Hook, Line and Sinker by Tessa BaileyHook, Line & Sinker by Tessa Bailey

Narrated by Lauren Sweet

I loved It Happened One Summer – it made my top 5 list last year so Fox and Hannah’s story was always going to be on my radar. I’m becoming a big fan of Tessa Bailey. – Kaetrin

Encore by Eden Finley

Encore by Eden Finley

Narrated by Iggy Toma

Iggy Toma is back for this final book in the Famous series, which brings the HEA for singer-turned-actor Blake, the most elusive of the Eleven boys.  – Caz

I’m So (Not) Over You I'm So (Not) Over You by Kosoko Jacksonby Kosoko Jackson

Narrated by Timothy Bell Reese

This one caught my eye at Audible but I want to listen to a sample of the narrator first! – Kaetrin

Last Duke Standing by Julia LondonLast Duke Standing by Julia London

Narrated by Justin Hill

I haven’t listened to Justin Hill narrate before but I do love a good forced proximity romance and I haven’t listened to many historicals lately so I might give this one a try. – Kaetrin

A Chance for Us by Corinne MichaelsA Chance for Us by Corinne Michaels

Narrated by Zachary Webber and Vanessa Edwin

Having listened to and enjoyed prior books in the Willow Creek Valley Series, I’m looking forward to the latest installment releasing this February! – BJ

A Touch of Brilliance by Nazri NoorA Stroke of Brilliance by Nazri Noor

Narrated by Zachary Johnson

I’ve really been looking forward to this, book two in the Arcane Hearts m/m fantasy series, and am hoping for more of the fabulous combination of magic and snark I found inA Touch of Fever.  Zachary Johnson is quickly becoming one of my favourite narrators. – Caz

Mr. Wrong Number by Lynn PainterMr Wrong Number by Lynn Painter

Narrated by Callie Dalton & Andrew Eidon

The author is new to me but the narrators are both great and the premise looks good. – Kaetrin

I’m seconding Kaetrin on this – great narrators – interesting plot – let’s see! – Melinda

The Reunion by Meghan QuinnThe Reunion by Meghan Quinn

Narrated by Teddy Hamilton, C.J. Bloom, Laurie West, Rock Engle, Lidia Dornet & Stephen Borne

The premise of this book hooked me in: the fiftieth anniversary for a couple , but the kind of everlasting love that they have in their marriage has eluded their three children (each for a different reason).  I’m always looking for a unique spin on my favorite genre and this one sounds like a new fresh look at romance. – BJ

Ramón and JulietaRamon and Julieta by Alana Quintana Albertson by Alana Quintana Albertson

Narrated by Alexander Amado and Vanessa Vasquez

All new to me, the author and both narrators, but I’m a big Día de los Muertos fan/observer, which is the starting point of the story, so I’m giving it a try. Plus, tacos. Irresistible combination! – Melinda

The Missing Page by Cat SebastianThe Missing Page by Cat Sebastian

Narrated by Joel Leslie

I read this one a few weeks back and it’s a terrific combination of country house mystery and romance as Dr. James Sommers returns to the home he hasn’t been back to in years when he is called to attend a family gathering.  With Joel Leslie narrating, it’s bound to be a superb listening experience. – Caz

I’m reading this one now! Such a great story – I’m sure it will be fantastic on audio too. – Kaetrin

Peter Cabot Gets Lost by Cat SebastianPeter Cabot Gets Lost by Cat Sebastian

Narrated by Joel Leslie

I missed the Cabot books when they came out in print, so like Kaetrin, I’m eager to give them a try in audio.  Peter Cabot Gets Lost is, according to Amazon, the second book in the series, but I think they’re standalones.  It’s an enemies-to-lovers road-trip romance set in the 1960s, and I’m looking forward to a great listen.- Caz

Another series by Cat Sebastian I’ve been meaning to try and the audio is likely to be wonderful considering who the narrator is. – Kaetrin

The Knockout Rule by Kelly SiskindThe Knockout Rule by Kelly Siskind

Narrated by Kimberly Wetherell

I’m on a rom-com binge – blame it on the weather – so I’m glomming this series. Both the author and narrator were new to me, so it fits in my New Year’s Resolution to try new things! – Melinda

An Unexpected Kind of Love by Hayden StoneAn Unexpected Kind of Love by Hayden Stone

Narrated by Gary Furlong

Sounds like a queer riff on Notting Hill; London bookshop owner Aubrey becomes invollved with an American actor when a film production wants to lease his shop as a set.  Hayden Stone is a new-to-me author, but Gary Furlong is a very safe pair of hands (vocal chords?) so fingers crossed this one is going to be fun! – Caz

All Rhodes Lead Here by Mariana ZapataAll Rhodes Lead Here by Mariana Zapata

Narrated by Callie Dalton and Gomez Pugh

I’m a huge fan of Mariana Zapata’s new adult slow burn romances, and I can’t wait to listen to this latest one! – BJ

  1. The situation is getting dire. There are possibly 5 or 6 books here I’d like to listen to, but I only have a few credits left at Audible until I get my new batch in July. I’m saving them for my most anticipated books (The Long Game, for one). Plus my library has been slow to get new titles recently. Woe is I! I have plenty of books to listen to from previous years, but my “to be read as soon as possible” pile is growing and I need an influx of cash! Just my luck our stove is dying a slow undignified death and needs replacing. ::sigh::

    1. I inevitably run out of credits (I do the 24 at one go plan) well before my renewal date, but luckily, I can then buy 3 credits for £11 if I don’t want to bring my renewal forward. As you know, we don’t have as many options over here as you guys do, so being able to buy credits that much more cheaply is incredibly useful!

I have a few of these – Sink or Swim, Encore, An Unexpected Kind of Love – for review (I’ve already listened to two of them and just have to find time to write the reviews!) and I’ve bought A Stroke of Brilliance after enjoying the previous book a while back. Kaetrin is going to review Peter Cabot Gets Lost, so watch this space. I probably won’t review the audio of The Missing Page, or not yet, as I read it recently and while I liked it, I don’t feel a pressing need to revisit it just yet.

So maybe we can help with some of your decision making!

      1. I will eagerly await the Audiogals reviews! I can probably buy more credits when I run out. We’ll see what kind of deal they offer.
