Iron and Magic by Ilona AndrewsIron & Magic by Ilona Andrews

Narrated by Steve West

I have to thank Kaetrin for alerting me to this one :)  I read and enjoyed the book a few weeks back and was delighted to learn the audio version has been entrusted to the very capable hands (voice) of Steve West, who is sure to do a fabulous job. – Caz

I’m not exactly sure when this will be out but I think it will be this month. I read the book recently and it was a cracker. The narration by the extremely talented Steve West is sure to be a treat. – Kaetrin

Wild Like the Wind by Kristen AshleyWild Like the Wind by Kristen Ashley

Narrated by Kate Russell

I’ve listened to nearly every Kristen Ashley story ever written–so I couldn’t be happier that she is releasing a new title in July! – BJ

A new Chaos book! I’m so excited. Audible have been tempting me with a big picture of the cover on my home page for months!! – Kaetrin

Paradox by Catherine CoulterParadox by Catherine Coulter

Narrated by Renee Raudman and MacLeod Andrews

Catherine Coulter was one of the authors that helped me fall in love with romance novels, so her books will always have a special place in my heart. The synopsis for Paradox, the 22nd installment of her FBI series, caught my attention, and I can’t wait to get my hands on a copy. Both Renee Raudman and MacLeod Andrews are skilled narrators, so this promises to be an all-around great listening experience. – Shannon

Firestorm by Rachel GrantFirestorm by Rachel Grant

Narrated by Greg Tremblay

Rachel Grant is, for my money, the best romantic suspense author around, and I’ve yet to meet a book of hers I haven’t enjoyed.  The Flashpoint series so far has been fantastic, boasting tightly woven, complex and topical plots, great characters it’s easy to root for, steamy love scenes and plenty of high-stakes action.  Plus – Greg Tremblay. Nuff sed. – Caz

I can hardly wait for the latest in the Flashpoint series. The previous two books were excellent. I want to know all about Savannah James and I love Greg Tremblay’s narrations. – Kaetrin

Tight Quarters by Annabeth AlbertTight Quarters by Annabeth Albert

Narrated by Greg Boudreaux

Confession time: Annabeth Albert had me at the words “silver fox” in the synopsis for Tight Quarters, but this story of an embedded journalist and a mission gone wrong sounds fabulous.  With Greg Boudreaux at the helm, it’s bound to be a great listen. – Caz

The Protector by HelenKay DimonThe Protector by HelenKay Dimon

Narrated by Jeremy York

I’ve enjoyed a number of the author’s romantic suspense titles – both m/m and m/f  – so I was pleased to see a new book coming out in audio, even though it seems to be the fourth in the Games People Play series, and the earlier books aren’t (yet?) available.  Jeremy York is a hugely experienced narrator I somehow haven’t managed to listen to so far, so I’m looking forward to rectifying that. – Caz

Marry Me by Sundown by Johanna LindseyMarry Me by Sundown by Johanna Lindsey

Narrated by Pilar Witherspoon

I always have my eye out for American historical romances, and the blurb for Johanna Lindsey’s latest release due out in July sounds great! – BJ

Imperial Scout by Layla ReyneImperial Stout by Layla Reyne

Narrated by Tristan James

This spin-off from the Agents Irish and Whiskey series features hot-shot lawyer Nic Price and FBI K&R (Kidnap & Rescue) specialist Cam Byrne, both of whom featured as secondary characters in the earlier series.  I enjoyed the author’s previous books very much and am looking forward to more fast-paced, steamy and suspenseful adventures with her latest heroes. Tristan James returns to narrate, and is sure to deliver a strong performance. – Caz

His Wicked Secret by Lauren SmithHis Wicked Secret by Lauren Smith

Narrated by Heather Wilds

I was utterly charmed by the first few League of Rogues books, but then I got distracted by other things and kind of forgot about the series. However, when I saw the blurb for His Wicked Secret, I was reminded why I loved the early books so much. Now, I’m ready and waiting for this new installment to be released, especially since Heather Wilds is listed as the narrator. – Shannon

The Summer Wives by Beatriz WilliamsThe Summer Wives by Beatriz Williams

Narrated by Kristin Kalbli

After having thoroughly enjoyed Beatriz’s William’s last release, Cocoa Beach, I’m avidly looking forward to her next release, The Summer Wives.  Please note that this title is historical fiction with a mystery element, not romance. – BJ

I read an early copy of this book in print and it was absolutely one of the highlights of my summer. It was my introduction to the author’s work and I’m now totally hooked. I haven’t listened to Kristin Kalbli before, but I’m hopeful she’ll do this fabulous story justice. – Shannon

  1. Though technically out on June 30th–Tantor released Suddenly You by Lisa Kleypas narrated by Beverly A Crick–I’m hoping that Tantor will finish her backlist that for whatever reason Brilliance Audio failed to complete.

Also, Tantor Media, has Transcendence by Shay Savage narrated by Chris Chambers listed to come out on July 18th–the book was published in 2014 and I’ve been hoping to see it come to audio format ever since I read the prehistoric/time travel romance–I’m not very familiar with Chris Chambers but I can hardly wait to listen–Again I’m hoping that Tantor Media will continue to produce her backlist of rather dark, gritty, romances.

    1. I saw the Kleypas a while back and was pleased they’ve chosen a decent narrator (Beverly A Crick) – Tantor can be a bit hit and miss. I plan to listen and review it here :)
