Not Quite A LadyNot Quite a Lady and Last Night’s Scandal by Loretta Chase

Narrated by Kate Reading

I’m thrilled to see the next two in Loretta Chase’s Carsington Family Series out this month with trustworthy Kate Reading narrating. Book #4 Not Quite a Lady and my favorite (between these two) # 5 Last Night’s Scandal. Two sure winners to end a year of wonderful Loretta Chase audio goodness. – Brenda

Loretta Chase and Kate Reading are a marriage made in heaven ;) I’ve loved every single one of their audiobooks, and am eagerly awaiting these new titles, especially Last Night’s Scandal – I can’t wait to meet Olivia and Lisle all grown up! – Caz

This is one of my top author/narrator dream teams – the combination of writing and reading skills makes them auto-buys for me. And it’s been long enough since I read them that it will be like listening to new books for me! (both a curse and a blessing) – Melinda

I fell in love with Olivia and Lisle when I encountered them in Lord Perfect. I can’t wait for their story, especially since Kate Reading is narrating. – Shannon

Noble SatyrNoble Satyr by Lucinda Brant

Narrated by Alex Wyndham

I’ve been longing to listen to this introductory novel to the author’s Roxton Family Saga ever since listening to Midnight Marriage a few months ago. Alex Wyndham’s narrations are simply outstanding, so I’m sure this is going to be another winner. – Caz

After listening to Dair Devil recently, I’m hanging out to get my grabby hands on Noble Satyr. I want to hear Alex Wyndham’s dulcet tones tell me all about Antonia and “le Duc”. Rowr. – Kaetrin

stars of fortune

Stars of Fortune, Guardian’s Trilogy Book 1, by Nora Roberts

Narrated by Saskia Maarleveld

I’m looking forward to this one. It’s sure to please new and long time fans. I’m not familiar with narrator Saskia Maarleveld but I’m planning on a new narrator to enjoy. – Brenda

In the vein of NR’s previous trilogies, this one also features paranormal aspects, and all 6 of the trilogy’s protagonists are on a quest. Sounds intriguing! – Melinda

This new trilogy looks amazing, a wonderful blend of magic and romance. I love the Goddess theme too. Sask. Maarleveld is a very competent narrator, and I’m sure she’ll do this first book in the Guardians trilogy justice. – Shannon

reapers fall

Reaper’s Fall by Joanna Wylde

Narrated by Nelson Hobbs and Saffron Martindale.

As a huge fan of Joanna Wylde’s MC Romances, I am greatly looking forward to the next installment in the Reaper’s MC series, Reaper’s Fall, which will feature Painter’s and Melanie’s story. Although I’ve never listened to Saffron Martindale, Nelson Hobbs has rendered good performances in other audiobooks I have listened to. – BJ

MC Romances are one of my guilty pleasures. The Reapers are my favorite bikers, and I’m very excited for this latest addition to the series. – Shannon

Sweetest-Scoundrel

Sweetest Scoundrel by Elizabeth Hoyt

Narrated by Ashford MacNab

A new book from Elizabeth Hoyt is always an event, and with Ashford MacNab once more at the helm, Maiden Lane fans are sure not to be disappointed. – Caz

I’m looking forward to this next installment in the Maiden Lane series, and Ashford MacNab is a terrific narrator! – Melinda

manners and mutinyManners and Mayhem by Gail Carriger

Narrated by Moira Quirk

Finally, we get to see what Sophronia decides about her future.  I’ve been torn throughout this whole series because I have no idea if she will go with Soap, if she will pick her son of a Pickleman, or if she flies solo.  And the fabulous Quirk returns which means I know the narration is going to be GOOD! – Diana

nuts

Nuts by Alice Clayton

Narrated by Shayna Thibodeaux and Sebastian York

Technically, this was an October release, but I didn’t know about it when we did October picks, so I’m cheating a little. Alice Clayton’s humorous contemporary romances paired with a tried and true narration team puts it in my Yes! list now that it’s November. – Melinda

closer

Closer by Dannika Dark

Narrated by Nicole Poole

Tantor Audio will be releasing the audio version of the previously published standalone novella Closer from the Mageri Series. As a huge fan of the author/narrator duo Dannika Dark & Nicole Poole, I will definitely be looking forward to listen to this title. – BJ

fangs for the memoriesFangs for the Memories by Molly Harper

Narrated by Amanda Ronconi

This will be two hours and eight minutes of entertainment. The novella goes back in “Jane Jameson series” time to tell us how Dick and Andrea fell in love. – Brenda

Another treat from a terrific team, bringing Harper’s funny paranormals to life with Ronconi’s excellent narrating chops. It’s just a short story (2+ hours) though. – Melinda

hold me closeHold Me Close by Megan Hart

Narrated by Tatyana Sokolov

Hold Me Close seems like it will contain a fair amount of darkness, and this appeals to me. I’ve read a few other books by this author and have been impressed with the sensitivity she brings to taboo topics. Narrator Tatiana Sokolov is sure to deliver a wonderful performance, making this a definite win. – Shannon

the dealThe Deal by Elle Kennedy

Narrated by Lorelei Avalon

This college-based, new adult gem received an astounding amount of good reviews following it’s e-book/print release earlier this year (presently it has a 4.34 average on Goodreads with over 33,000 reviews)! So even though I am unfamiliar with the narrator, I’m highly anticipating this release. – BJ

match of the centuryMatch of the Century by Cathy Maxwell

I’m looking forward to this principally because of the narrator, who has quickly become one of my favourites. I’m sure she’ll do a great job with this tale of a young woman torn between two brothers. – Caz

edge of dangerEdge of Danger by Katie Reus

Narrated by Sophie Eastlake

It would not be an exaggeration to say that I would listen to Sophie Eastlake narrate pretty much anything – that it’s a Deadly Ops series book makes it that much more compelling for fans of romantic suspense. – Melinda

sworn to protectSworn to Protect & Deadly Fallout by Katie Reus

  1. I plan to listen to Defending Hearts by Shannon Stacey and The Silkworm by Robert Galbraith so I can get to the new book in the series, Career of Evil. I’m also trying to catch up in the Maiden Lane series with Scandalous Desires by Elizabeth Hoyt, book #3.

    1. Scandalous Desires is one of my favourites of the ML series – which surprised me, as I am not fond of pirate heroes. I’m still not, but I do love Charming Mickey:)
