You constantly see us praise narrations that are well performed. Equally, you read of our frustration with narrations that barely pass muster or fail altogether. Here at AudioGals, we strongly believe that a narrator makes or breaks an audiobook. And there’s been a lot of breaking going on lately. Untrained narrators (with probable talent) and, let’s admit it, unskilled want-to-be narrators are appearing in greater numbers every week in the romance section over at Audible.
